We provide free quotes, but here are some basics guidelines
As a general rule, we charge $200 for the first stump and $25 for each additional stump if all the stumps are under 24 inches in diameter. Stumps less than 10 inches in diameter are $10 each. Stumps over 24 inches but less than 36 inches are normally between $40 - $60 each, depending on age and type of tree. We offer discounts on bigger jobs.
Some other factors that may affect costs:
Rocky soil
Excessive surface roots
Addition of topsoil (optional)
Removal and haul off of the mulch/chippings (optional)
Stumps taller than 8 to 10 inches that require cutting down before grinding
Proximity to structures (buildings, fences, etc.) that require digging and/or chainsaw work instead of grinding.

How to Measure for accurate pricing
In most cases, we are able to give customers a quote over the phone. This is quick, easy, and allows us to give a lower price since we only have to make one trip to the location. In order to provide accurate quotes, it is important for us to have good information about what the job will require. We will take into consideration the size of the stump, proximity to structures, number and size of surface roots that need to be removed, and any other factors that may affect the equipment or amount of time needed to complete the job to your satisfaction.
The first and foremost factor is the size of the stump. The height of the stump is important. Stumps that are cut flush to the ground are quick and easy to grind. The more stump that is above ground level, the longer it takes to grind. Any stump taller than 10 to 12 inches will require us to cut it off with a chainsaw. The width is also important to know. Many people will measure the top of the cut off stump. However, stumps tend to get wider the closer you get to actual ground level. The root flare on some stumps can be significantly wider than the top of the stump. For accurate pricing, always measure the widest part of the stump at ground level.
